We became familiar with Big Dog as a result of a basement remodel with an area contractor.  Prior to starting our remodel and upon returning home from a weekend getaway, we noticed our hot water heater burst.  Not only was their water on the basement floor, but we had no hot water in winter!  After mentioning the problem to the contractor, he gave us Big Dog's number to contact directly.  Gary came out immediately, replaced the heater and updated all the surrounding pipes.  After the remodel was complete and a new basement bathroom was installed, we were delighted with the service and attention to detail from Big Dog.  The crew was sensitive to be working in our home and very courteous to our children and family.  Years later we updated all pipes in other parts of the house and have referred Big Dog to many neighbors, who are equally as delighted with the service and results!

Big Dog did a great job on our new kitchen install. Professional, efficient and friendly. Also fixed a diverter valve that 2 other plumbers were unable to diagnose. So add talented to the list. I will use Big Dog again.
